Founder and CEO of Bricksmania Asset Management Sdn Bhd
Mr. Eric Choong is the Founder and CEO of Bricksmania Asset Management Sdn Bhd, a legendary and visionary property investor with ownership of more than 110 commercial shoplots and the management of over 200 properties across the Klang Valley. Over the past decade, he has built a property empire exceeding RM400 million in value.
Eric is highly skilled in identifying below-market-value properties and analysing their long-term potential. He also owns a renovation company capable of transforming old units into modern, appealing spaces at an efficient cost — a key factor in increasing rental returns and asset value.
With more than a decade of hands-on experience in property management, Eric personally oversees the day-to-day operations of over 200 commercial units. His commitment ensures that every tenant is well supported and that every property continues to perform sustainably.
Beyond real estate, Eric is also an angel investor with involvement in multiple large-scale industries, including aquaculture breeding, laboratory services, and shipbuilding. His diversified experience gives him strong strategic insight and business leadership.
Today, Mr. Eric Choong leads Bricksmania with a clear mission — to help every member who trusts him grow their wealth through safe, sustainable, and high-quality property investments.

Mr Dennis How
Co-Founder & COO of Bricksmania Asset Management Sdn Bhd
Dennis How is the Co-Founder and CFO of Bricksmania Asset Management Sdn Bhd. He is also the Founder of 360 Business Academy and 360 Consulting Group, organisations focused on empowering SMEs through financial education and strategic consultancy.
Recognised as Maybank Group’s Best Young Banker of the Year in 2018, Dennis has built a strong reputation for excellence in the banking and financing sector. With 14 years of corporate banking and financing strategy experience, he has helped more than 1,000 businesses secure loans and financing solutions totalling over RM500 million.
Throughout his career, Dennis has served in the loan divisions of three major local and international commercial banks and managed corporate lending operations across six bank branches.
Beyond his corporate achievements, Dennis is also an Financial educator, actively teaching on how to invest correctly, structure financing strategically, and build a strong financial foundation. His ability to simplify complex banking concepts makes him a trusted mentor for both new and seasoned investors.
Dennis plays a vital role in guiding Bricksmania members toward smarter borrowing decisions, stronger bankability, and sustainable long-term wealth through well-planned financing strategies.

Mr Kelvin Goh
Co-Founder & CFO of Bricksmania Asset Management Sdn Bhd
Kelvin Goh is the Co-Founder and CFO of Bricksmania Asset Management Sdn Bhd. With more than 10 years of professional experience in investment and financial advisory, he has helped over 1,000 individuals and families build structured and sustainable financial plans.
He is also the Founder of Money Brader Advisory, currently the largest financial literacy education platform on Rednote, with more than 170,000 followers — empowering Malaysians to learn practical money management, responsible investing, and long-term wealth-building strategies.
As a dual-licensed Financial Planner in Malaysia, Kelvin holds:
• Bank Negara Malaysia – Financial Adviser’s Representative (FAR)
• Securities Commission Malaysia – CMSRL Licence
He is also a certified holder of the CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) qualification, recognised internationally as the gold standard in financial planning.
Kelvin specialises in financial risk assessment, holistic wealth planning, and long-term investment strategies. His strong understanding of personal finance, cash flow management, and debt optimisation enables him to design practical, reliable strategies that help clients grow wealth confidently — without taking unnecessary risks.
